🔵 Delivery Process:
1️⃣ In the chat with the seller, on the purchased item’s page, provide the unique code received after payment.
2️⃣ It is recommended to also send your UID in the chat.
3️⃣ Then, wait for the funds to be credited to your specified UID.

💡 Where to find your UID:
1️⃣ Open the game’s main menu.
2️⃣ Select the profile icon.
3️⃣ Your User ID (UID) will be displayed along with other information.

💡 Where to find your Server:
Your server is displayed on the game´s loading screen under the "Start" button.

💡 If you haven’t received the coins:
Please contact the seller. Any issue can always be resolved without leaving negative feedback.
💡 Make sure to enter your UID correctly!

❗ Service Completion Time:
The service is completed within 5 minutes to 1 hour after purchase, but no later than 24 hours.
If the payment was made at night, please wait until the next day.
⏰ Working hours: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM (Moscow Time).

❗ Refund Policy:
Once the coins are sent, refunds are not possible.
If an incorrect UID was provided and the balance was topped up, a refund cannot be issued.
If you cancel the service before the balance is topped up, a 25% fee will be deducted from the refund.
A full refund is only possible if the issue is on our store’s side.
