You´ve never fought in World War II like it should have been - with rumbling tanks dominating the battlefield, the need to maintain supply chains for the front lines - but now you can feel like a cog in a huge machine of combined arms combat. Hell Let Loose sends the player into the chaos of war, where they will have to drive cars, shift the front line and rely on team play, thus changing the combat situation.
The battlefield features vast maps modeled from real aerial photography and satellite data and is divided into large sectors to create unexpected and always unique situations that have fifty players on each side of an ever-changing front line fighting for life and death - in open spaces, on bridges, in dense forests and on city streets. Captured sectors give the team one of three resources - this mechanic forms a metagame that affects the movement of troops to victory.
